We ship from Australia and postage is free worldwide. All our items are sent fully insured with Australia Post within two business days of your order being placed.

Express shipping options are available for an additional cost, and can be selected at checkout.

Orders outside Australia may be subject to international import duties and taxes. These costs are determined by local authorities in your country, and are dependent on the value and type of item being shipped. If applicable, buyers are responsible for all fees of this kind. *US CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE* There is no longer a de minimis exemption for goods entering the US. Items valued under US$800 are subject to a tariff of 11% which must be paid at the time of purchase. Goods for which this applies will state so clearly in the listing description, and include the tariff in the total displayed at checkout. Items valued over US$800 may also be subject to import duty and tax, but do not require pre-payment and will ship as previously.

International buyers are responsible for ensuring that restrictions in their locale do not prohibit importation of items purchased from us (e.g. coral, ivory, etc.). We are not responsible for actions taken by international customs or postal authorities with regard to items they deem to be restricted or prohibited.
