A stunning silver cuff with floral engraving dating to the Edwardian era (1901-1915). This piece is a mix of the classic and the unusual - classic in its use of floral emblems; and unusual for its extra wide design. It is also in exceptionally good condition for its age, with only minor wear - something seldom found in pieces of this kind.
Fully stamped for sterling silver, Birmingham, 1901, maker's mark 'B.H.J.' (B.H. Joseph & Co.).
Measurements (approximate): 36mm (1.4") wide. Internal diameter is 58mm (2.3") x 48mm (1.9"). Fits a small to medium wrist.
Weight (approximate): 40.1g
Condition: Very good, with minor wear commensurate with age. One of the best examples of its kind that I have seen, with minimal dents and scratches. Engraving and stamps are all crisp. Closure functions well. Please see pictures for details and don't hesitate to ask questions.
