A stunning antique diamond ring dating to the early 20th century. The ring is set with seven diamonds, the largest of which is a pear-shaped rose cut (~0.7ct) mounted in a cut down collet with foiling which gives it a delightful silvery hue. The yellow gold band features scrolled engraving. This would make a perfect engagement ring and can also be worn as a dress ring.

Marked with the oak leaf stamp for 14ct gold, Netherlands, 1852-1953. Maker's mark 'JR3' for A.J Rous, Schoonhoven, 1917-1925.

Measurements (approximate): Largest diamond measures 7.5mm x 6mm (visible part only) with an estimated weight of 0.7 carats. Band measures 1.75mm at narrowest point.
Condition: Good, with wear commensurate with age. Diamonds are bright, lively and in good condition with no notable wear. Foil backing has some minor discoloration, but is in good shape for a piece of its age. Gold has general light marks. Please see pictures for details and don't hesitate to ask questions.
