A wonderful antique three stone diamond gypsy ring. Three sparkling old cut diamonds, totaling approximately 0.4ct weight, are set in an 18ct yellow gold band with a D-shaped profile. The ring is simple and elegant - a fine example of its style - and dates to the early 20th century.
Stamped for 18ct gold. Maker's mark illegible.

Weight (approximate): 5.6g
Measurements (approximate): Band is 6mm at widest point, narrowing to 3mm at the rear. Largest diamond is approximately 0.2 carat weight; the two flanking diamonds are approximately 0.1 carat weight each.
Condition: Good, with wear commensurate with age. The diamonds are bright and lively and have some scattered inclusions. The gold has light marks and general wear. Please see pictures for details and don't hesitate to ask questions.
